The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Brass rod – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on brass rod from India, Israel, and Korea and new CV cash deposit requirements at rates of 3.03 percent for India, 5.26 percent for Israel, and 2.57 percent for Korea

Carbon – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on activated carbon from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 228.11 percent

Corrosion-resistant steel – preliminary determination that Dongkuk Coated Metal Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. and is thus entitled to its cash deposit rate under the AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea

Steel cylinders – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on non-refillable steel cylinders from India and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 1.74 to 1.91 percent

Steel plate – final determination that post-corporate reorganization Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to the pre-reorganization Dongkuk Steel and is therefore entitled to its cash deposit rate under the AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea
