The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Difluoromethane – dumping margin of 145.23 percent for one exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on difluoromethane from China for the period Aug. 27, 2020, through Feb. 28, 2022

Lockers – amended final dumping determination on metal lockers and parts thereof from China and new dumping margin and AD cash deposit rate of 21.38 percent

Paper – dumping margins of zero and 7.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2022

Scope rulings – applications filed in August for inquiries into whether specified products are covered by the scope of the following AD and/or CV duty orders

- circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China (AD/CV)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from Germany (AD)

- glycine from China (AD/CV), India (AD/CV), Japan (AD), and Thailand (AD)

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Thailand (AD)

Tires – dumping margins of 2.29 to 8.57 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period March 1, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2022
