The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam

Corrosion inhibitors – dumping margins of 6.12 to 14.66 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion inhibitors form China for the period Sept. 10, 2020, through Feb. 28, 2022

Pipe fittings – final determination that (1) certain carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings exported from Vietnam to the U.S. that were produced using fittings from China that undergo the first stage of production in China and the second and third stages of production in Vietnam are not subject to the scope of the AD duty order on butt-weld pipe fittings from China and (2) butt-weld pipe fittings from China that undergo the first and second stages of production in China and the third stage of production in Vietnam are subject to the scope of this order

Rubber – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022

Tomatoes – preliminary determination that respondents selected for individual examination were in compliance with the suspension agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022, except for certain instances of inconsequential and/or inadvertent noncompliance
