The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

File folders – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on file folders from China, India, and Vietnam, with dumping margins of 192.7 percent for China, 17.22 and 86.01 percent for India, and 97.52 and 233.93 percent for Vietnam, and (2) final affirmative CV duty determination on file folders from India, with net subsidy rates of 3.78 and 90.98 percent

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 3.91 to 5.14 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022

Steel bar – initiation of new shipper review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India

Tin mill products – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tin mill products from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 95.29 percent

Tubular goods – dumping margins of zero and 1.18 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2021, through Aug. 31, 2022
